What do I do if I receive a defective item from ziyo?
Any replacement facility is available only for orders from the Indian territory. The replacement facility is not available for international orders placed.
If an item ordered by you on Ziyo is delivered to you in a damaged / defective condition, please email us at email@example.com for a replacement. When we ship out the replacement item to you, we will also have the defective / damaged item picked up from you at our cost
How can I return a product ordered from Ziyo?
To provide you a worry free shopping experience on Ziyo, we offer you a No Questions Asked Return Policy. Within 7 days of receiving your shipment, you may return any unopened item in its original packaging, for a refund (excluding shipping costs).
When you return your product, just indicate the reason for your return in a short note (if you feel like it!), put the item and the note with the order number into a secure package, affix our address note (our returns address is given below) and send it through a reliable courier or mail it to us. Our address for returns is as follows:

We will refund to you the entire cost of the returned item, less shipping costs. Please note that we will provide a refund facility only for products bought from our store.
This service option is available only for the domestic clients of ziyo.
How and when will I get my refund?
Upon receipt of your package with the item in it, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be made to the same payment option(s) originally used to pay for the order.
